A dedicated sleeve can often still be placed into a backpack or carried separately. When placed into a backpack, it is extremely important that the sleeve have the proper internal structure to withstand irregular pressures (from foreign objects in the backpack) on the broad flat surfaces of the case. This greatly reduces the number of cracked screens that often otherwise occur.
All Higher Ground solutions incorporate a rigid, padded perimeter frame as well as corrugated plastic panels on both the front and back of the case for added screen protection. Higher Ground cases are thoroughly tested and approved by leading insurance providers to reduce the frequency of damage.

If the product ever fails due to a manufacturing or material defect, Higher Ground will repair or replace it, at their option, without charge (return shipping to Higher Ground is not refunded or covered, however they will ship the item back to you at their expense.).

DELIVERY:
Upon your arrival on campus (after August 12, 2008), your Higher Ground Case can be picked up at our facility on campus.
Please note that your Higher Ground laptop case will not be shipped immediately following the placement of your order. Instead, TEC Services will be combining all of the orders for the laptop cases and subsequently arranging for bulk shipments to arrive at TEC Services' facility by the Residence Hall Move-in start date of August 12, 2008.
A significant part of your savings on this product can be attributed to the elimination of the handling fees and the use of a bulk ship rate instead of the higher rates used for individual product shipments.
